Welcome to Argo Inn & Suites (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Reservations and Payments
All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking.
Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and may be subject to taxes and fees as applicable by law.
Payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellations and Modifications
Guests may cancel or modify reservations within the time period stated in the booking confirmation.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to one night’s stay (or as otherwise stated in your booking terms).
Group or long-term stays may have different cancellation policies.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
A valid government-issued ID and credit card are required at check-in.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and other guests with respect.
Damage to rooms, furnishings, or facilities caused by negligence or misconduct may result in repair or replacement fees.
No smoking and no pets are permitted on the property.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own valuables; the Inn is not liable for loss or theft.
5. Property Use and Behavior
The premises may only be used for lodging purposes.
Excessive noise, illegal activity, or any behavior that disturbs other guests may result in eviction without refund.
Visitors of registered guests must comply with all Inn rules and policies.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Argo Inn & Suites is not responsible for:
Accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during your stay.
Service interruptions caused by weather, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your booking.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal information.
8. Policy Changes
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.”
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clear Creek County, Colorado.
